BREWSTATION

We are committed to a low-waste, conscious way of living throughout Brewstation. We do not use plastic water bottles—instead, guests are offered free water refills served in ceramic vessels. In our operations, we avoid single-use plastic entirely, including in bathrooms.

Recycled wood is transformed into everyday objects like handcrafted wooden keychains, each carrying its own unique character and story

We source thoughtfully through organic market shopping in the hill country, support our own vegetable patch, and maintain an active outdoor compost system that returns nutrients back to the earth.

We are continuously working to conserve energy through practical, sustainable choices—most notably by using solar hot water systems to reduce our environmental impact. Our rooms are intentionally designed without air conditioning, instead relying on effective overhead fans and natural airflow to maintain comfort.

We are committed to championing local craftsmen and artisans by working with locally sourced, handmade objects that carry the skill, tradition, and identity of their makers. Each piece reflects a direct connection to community and place, supporting livelihoods while preserving heritage craft.

Our Brewstation family extends beyond people to the animals who share this space with us. Rescue dogs Rubie, Delilah, and Foxy are part of our everyday rhythm—bringing warmth, personality, and quiet companionship to the café.
